Our history

A family affair

Muësa was created in 2021 by Muriel and Auriane, a mother/daughter duo with the desire to offer bags and accessories made from sustainable production, practical for everyday life and which resemble them.

Muriel learned to sew by herself when she was young and has always created out of passion: clothes, accessories, decoration... She is the one who takes care of all the product creation part.

Auriane, with a background in digital marketing, takes care of the brand development part. She is the one behind the Instagram account, the site and all the partnerships.

The family business takes up a little more space than that at Muësa: Cyril, the son of the family, created our brand identity, our site and some of our visuals. Sandra, the first daughter of the family, was part of the project when it started and helped us get to this point

Our philosophy .

The Muësa spirit is practical, useful and solid accessories for women who like to move, live, love, travel, play, escape but also those who like pretty things, warmth, softness and comfort.

Our desire is to create models that fit into everyday life, which become essentials. The right format, the right material, the right color for accessories that we never tire of.

Why Muësa?

Muësa (pronounced muéza), these are our first names, our initials combined in one word.

Offer large enough formats that allow you to carry all your belongings on a daily basis or while out and about.

Our favorite products? Those that allow us to have our hands free.

We make comfort a point of honor: soft accessories that don't slip, handles that fit on the shoulder, at the right length.

Solidity

We do everything to find quality raw materials: thick, which resist life.

We like to think that we can keep our accessories for years without getting tired of them or having them become too damaged.


We have therefore put every chance on our side to offer you quality and durable models: all our products are made in France or Portugal, countries well known for their manufacturing know-how.

Ease of maintenance

Neither of us are really into hand washing, ironing or dry cleaning.

For this, we are keen to create models that are easy to maintain and machine washable.

Obviously, we can only advise you to wash your Muësa products by hand and with love.
