These general conditions of sale govern all relations between the company Muësa, whose head office is located at 104 Ter Rue de l'Or - 33470 Gujan-Mestras, registered with the RCS of Paris under No. 439 108 804, and customers of the site www.muesa.fr (hereinafter “the Site”).

They apply exclusively between the company Muësa (hereinafter "Muësa") and any individual consumer visiting or making a purchase on said Site (hereinafter the "Customer").

The buyer who places an order on the site www.muesa.fr acknowledges having read the general conditions of sale and having accepted them before validating their order. He is informed that his agreement concerning the content of these general conditions of sale does not require the signature of this document.


PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale are those described on Muësa www.muesa.fr on the day the Customer consults the site, within the limit of available stock. However, an error in the update, whatever its origin, does not engage the seller's liability. As such, the seller cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of an order for a product due to stock exhaustion.

Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description listing its main technical characteristics (photos, descriptive text and price including tax in euros). The site presents all information which allows the potential buyer, in accordance with article L111-1 of the Consumer Code, to know the essential characteristics of the products he wishes to purchase before validating his order.

The buyer is informed that for technical reasons, the visual and color rendering on a computer screen may not correspond exactly to reality. Muësa is committed to uploading product photographs that are as accurate as possible.




PRICE

The prices appearing on the product sheets in the internet catalog are prices in Euros (€) all taxes included (TTC) taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products.

​The validation of the order constitutes confirmation of the customer's acceptance of the T&Cs, the products purchased, their price as well as the associated costs. A confirmation email summarizing the order will be sent to the customer. The customer accepts the use of email for confirmation by the seller of the order placed.

The prices indicated do not include delivery costs, invoiced in addition to the price of the products purchased depending on the total amount of the order. In mainland France, Belgium and Luxembourg, for any order greater than or equal to 80 euros including tax, delivery to a relay point is free.

Prices do not include any customs duties and local taxes that may be payable depending on the case, particularly in the case of purchases outside the European Union and in the French Overseas Territories. They will be the responsibility of the Buyer and are his responsibility (in particular declarations, payment to the competent authorities).

Any bank charges remain the responsibility of the Buyer (including in the case of a refund).

Muësa reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time of validation of the order and subject to availability.

The products are payable in full and in cash upon validation of the order.



ORDERS AND PAYMENT

The Customer must verify the conformity of the information he provides to Muësa. Muësa cannot be held responsible for possible entry errors and the consequences in terms of delay or delivery error.

In order for delivery times to be met, the customer must ensure that they have provided accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address (such as street number, building number, staircase number, etc.).

Muësa reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of a dispute with the Customer over a previous order or if an order is abnormal.

The Seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel any execution of an Order and/or delivery, whatever its nature and level of execution, in the event of non-payment or partial payment of any sum which may be due by the Buyer, in the event of a payment incident



SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY

Deliveries will be made to the address indicated by the customer.

The seller delivers orders within 2 to 8 working days, depending on the delivery method chosen by the Customer. When the order is sent, a tracking number is sent to the Customer.

If the customer is absent during delivery, the delivery person will leave a delivery notice which will indicate the location and time limit for collecting the package.

For packages delivered to relay points, the Customer has 8 days to collect their order. Beyond this period, the package is returned to the seller. The order will then be refunded upon receipt of the return, without delivery costs.

If the customer wishes, Muësa will invoice for reshipment upon receipt of the package.

A delay in delivery cannot give rise to any deduction, penalty, compensation or damages.

RIGHT TO RETRACT

Under article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 working days from delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for refund without penalty.

The return will be the responsibility of the customer. The product must be as is, and not used or washed. To do this, the Customer must first send us an email to contact.muesa@gmail.com to make a return request. The return is made at the buyer's risk.

Subject to the perfect condition of the product, the seller will provide reimbursement within a maximum period of 8 days following receipt of the return.

All orders for personalized products are unique, so no returns or refunds will be accepted.

All orders for “Archives” products cannot be returned and/or refunded.

GUARANTEES

Muësa and her workshop in Portugal do everything they can to make quality products. They still need to be used with caution and taken care of.

Our bags and accessories are guaranteed for a period of 3 months, from the date of receipt (seams, zippers, straps).

For all requests, the Customer must send us an email accompanied by photos of the item concerned: contact.muesa@gmail.com

After this 3 month period, the Customer can contact us by email. We will investigate the problem and see if our workshop can repair the item and how much we will charge.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the Muësa site https://muesa.fr/ are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the Muësa company. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether in the form of a photo, logo, visual or text.

PERSONAL DATA

The Muësa company undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of the information provided by the customer, which he may be required to transmit for the use of certain services. As such, the Internet user has the right to access, modify and delete information concerning him or her. He can request it at any time by email to the following address: contact.muesa@gmail.com


MODIFICATION OF THE T&Cs

The Seller reserves the right to modify the General Terms and Conditions at any time. It will post the T&Cs online as modified and they will apply to any Order placed after this posting.
