Delivery and return

DELIVERY

Deliveries will be made to the address indicated by the customer, by Mondial Relay or Colissimo. We deliver to mainland France and Belgium (only by Mondial Relay in Belgium).

Your orders are delivered to you within 3 to 6 working days. When the order is sent, a tracking number will be sent to you.

Colissimo: €6.00 ​​- 2 to 4 working days after shipping

Mondial Relay: €4.50 - 3 to 6 working days after shipping

For packages delivered by the carrier Mondial Relay, the Customer has 8 days to collect their order. Beyond this period, the package is returned to the seller. The order will then be refunded upon receipt of the return. We will refund your order excluding delivery costs.

If the customer wishes, Muësa will invoice for reshipment upon receipt of the package.

A delay in delivery cannot give rise to any deduction, penalty, compensation or damages.

RETURNS

Under article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 working days from delivery of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and thus return the product to us for reimbursement without penalty. .

The return will be your responsibility. The product must be in its original condition, and not used or washed. For this, please send us an email to contact.muesa@gmail.com to request a return.

Subject to the perfect condition of the product, the seller will provide reimbursement within a maximum period of 8 days following receipt of the return.

Personalized products (embroidery) are not eligible for a return or refund.
